Proposals may either be submitted electronically (one copy), or if by mail or delivery, five (5) unbound copies required.
Grant Application Process
Letters of Intent can be accepted at any time, and can be emailed to cc1020@wspice.com. If the intended project conforms to our guidelines, you will be notified how to proceed. If approved, we ask that you submit a formal proposal, as outlined in our Proposal Guidelines. Please refer to our How to Apply page for further detail.
